Job Title: Engineer Coordinator

Based from:

Our head office in Sherburn in Elmet - LS25.

Main purpose of the job:

As an engineer coordinator/controller you will be office based in Sherburn in Elmet, where you would allocate maintenance and service jobs into the service engineer schedules.

 

You will hold accountability for the satisfaction of your assigned service engineers’ customers, ensuring that schedules are met.

 

This role would test your planning and communication skills, and you will be the first port of call for customers. The challenge in this role is to keep them satisfied, while at the same time, keeping your engineers in the loop and assist with any issues they come across.

Main Duties:
  • Taking calls from customers regarding the breakdown of back-up power systems

  • Organising Engineers to attend customer's sites.

  • Ensuring engineers are allocated correctly.

  • Taking responsibility for work and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently.

  • Service administration.

  • Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Working closely and supporting the sales team with their questions and requests.
