Job Title: Parts & Warehouse Administrator
Reports to:

Parts Supervisor

Based from:

Our head office and warehouse in Sherburn in Elmet - LS25.

Main purpose of the job:

YorPower are looking for a hardworking individual who can work to efficient process methods and adapt to various roles that are the key to making the supply chain run smoothly.

You will be joining a team of hard-working and energised individuals who pride themselves on their commitment and work ethic.

Main Duties:

A Parts & Warehouse Admin role provides a varied work day that includes:

​

  • Identifying and providing costs for diesel generator parts. It would be an advantage to be able to demonstrate mechanical and/or electrical experience in a similar role or in the field.

  • Ordering parts from YorPower’s supplier base.

  • Challenging and developing YorPower’s supplier base to ensure value for money.

  • Maintain records on both the sales and operations IT systems.

  • Selecting, packing and Dispatching parts to multiple UK locations.

  • Receiving and dealing with emails.

  • Supporting the overall team in delivering a high level of customer service in fast paced environment.

  • Performing warehouse inventory controls through our IT systems.

  • Stock counting and location checks.

Remuneration

£26,000 per annum.
