At our head office and warehouse location in Sherburn in Elmet, LS25 6PB.

Reports to:

Service Supervisor

Main purpose of the job:

The Service Administrator supports the service team in delivering customer service excellence. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are key to this role.

Main Duties:
  • Proactively maintaining the engineers training and qualification matrix. Proactively ensuring all certification is kept up to date including but not limited to CSCS cards. Making sure all toolbox talk records are logged and kept on file.

  • Processing of timesheets from engineers ensuring they are correct and true and in line with vehicle trackers.

  • Verifying jobs via the ACCESS (Service Manager) system.

  • Waste management. Keeping an eye on the company wide waste management processes and arrangements ensuring that we work in line with current legislation in the most efficient and cost effective way.

  • Proactively maintaining a PAT test register with the support of the engineering apprentices and/or workshop engineers.

  • Ensuring all engineers have appropriate storage and waste facilities.

  • Managing the status and availability of engineering assets.

  • Supporting the service team with ensuring engineers uniform is fit for purpose.

  • Entering data into SME system as and when required.

  • Supporting the service team with coordination of the engineers when required i.e. holidays, sickness and leave checking information with (Accounts).

  • Booking of various i.e. Parking, Hotels & Trains…

  • Workshop engineer’s timesheets.

  • Emailing of report sheets to customer and sales.

  • Dealing with emails on the back of sending the report sheets.

  • Update competency certificates.

Qualifications:

Maths & English - GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C

Remuneration

£16k pa (negotiable) + company bonus
