PPSPower has been awarded contracts with two major hotel chains.
We are very excited to have been chosen to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to a total of 42 sites spanning the UK as part of the two contracts.
For leading hospitality hotel group AccorInvest Group, the company will be looking after 18 sites from Edinburgh down to Portsmouth, completing the annual PPM for the coming three years.
We will also provide annual PPM for another leading hotel chain, in a five-year contract for 24 sites, including the company’s first work in Dublin.
Stephen Peal, managing director at PPSPower, said: “We are delighted to have been successful with tenders for both of these prestigious hotel chains. It is further evidence that we are the go-to company to be trusted with both generator and UPS maintenance and repair.
“We are particularly pleased to be working in Dublin – our first step into providing these services in Ireland.
“We’ll load bank testing the units across all the sites, while also providing standard major and minor services annually.”
The two contracts can be added to a long list of prestigious hotels and hotel chains that PPSPower supports across the UK.

“Our teams have the expertise in working in a whole range of scenarios. Some of the larger, more prestigious sites, can prove to be very challenging.
“In one case of a generator installation, some street closures were needed to gain access for a 1,000 tonne crane to lift the set and associated components onto the hotel roof.
“But whatever the job, you can be assured it will be completed safely and effectively.”
