Generating the best practice for workers and clients

PPSPower have recently renewed their approved statuses across five accreditations, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of health and safety and best practice.

Since 1956, we have been a trusted supplier of back-up power solutions. These accreditation renewals show our willingness to continue to strive for improvements. It also puts us on the frontline for winning future works.

The accreditations we have received include:

· National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).

· SafeContractor

· Achilles (UVDB)

· Constructionline

We are also certified to ISO 9001: 2008, which is defined as the international standard that specifies for a Quality Management System (QMS). We are assessed annually and the (QMS) is applicable to procurement, supply, installation, refurbishment and servicing of generator systems and fire pumping systems. Hire of load banks and generators.

NICEIC positions the company as an ‘approved contractor’ after completing the rigorous competence audit, including the evaluation of completed maintenance work and the experience and qualifications of staff.

This proves we are meeting high standards of health and safety. To be successful we needed to prove our safety policy, health and safety arrangements and training, work equipment procedures, risk assessments and electrical safety. This approval means we can immediately display our compliance with health and safety law to potential clients.
