Main purpose of the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a dynamic and hardworking export team. Reporting to our Export Supervisor you will be responsible for administering export sales and orders globally from our head office in Sherburn in Elmet.

The team is small and office based dealing with varied enquiries for generators, with leads coming in from all over the world.

Main Duties:
  • Planning and coordinating all export projects as guided by the Export Supervisor.

  • The ordering of all sold elements of the above projects with support from the Group Project Manager and Parts/Warehouse Supervisor.

  • Completing required forms and documents for export projects.

  • Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives.

  • Achieve team targets as set by the Management Team within the agreed time scale.

  • Ensure all prospects and orders received are entered into the simPro system accurately.

  • Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.

  • You should have excellent attention to detail when entering information in to our internal systems.

  • Strong customer service background or aptitude

  • Sound relationship building skills with customers / suppliers

  • Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations

  • Excellent telephone manner

Qualifications:

Maths & English - GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C

Remuneration

£21.5k to £23k (depending on experience) + company bonus scheme.​
